I am so, so grateful you are here! 

Here you will find why & how even though I am sick, I make sure that that comes second.

I will share my story of living with many health complications including the physical & mental challenges; hurdles & injustices I have faced from healthcare systems, pharmaceutical corporations & government programs.

Because SICK COMES SECOND!

Finding and still being ME even when I’ve felt that my pre-diagnoses self was slipping like sand through my fingers.

This means finding light, joy, humor & opportunities (yes these coexist with chronic illness!) along the way
